Pavers

Below are a few shots of the construction of the cement pavers leading to the entry. Can't wait to start landscaping! The majority of the exterior work is complete, and just in the nick of time...it is getting cold in the Valley.

 In other exciting news, the drywall work is complete (finally!) and painting can now begin. Next up, cabinets and tile.

Drywall and Groundwork

The drywalling crew is well under way.  Below are a few images from the main level of the house.

In addition to drywall, the excavators have been on site finalizing the dirt work. There was a significant amount of grading that needed to be done on the front of the house, including the final forming of the driveway.  They were also preparing the patio on the lower level. We had a bunch of large rocks on the property, and we tried to use them where we could.
